DUI LICENSE SUSPENSION

A Bridge to Recovery is certified by the Mississippi Department of Mental Health. If a person is convicted of a 2nd violation, they may have the period of his or her driver license suspension reduced if he or she successfully completes our 10 week Intensive Outpatient Program. Such person shall be eligible for reinstatement of his or her driving privileges after 1 year after the driver's license was suspended.

If a person is convicted of a 3rd violation, and successfully completes our 10 week Intensive Outpatient Program, he or she may be eligible for reinstatement of his or her driver's license after a period of 3 years after the driver's license was suspended.
