Our Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program for eating disorders provides an experienced, specialized multidisciplinary treatment team, individualized treatment, and a structured approach within a supportive recovery environment. It is designed to provide effective treatment for individuals who are in an earlier stage of an eating disorder, or who can beappropriately stepped down from a higher level of care to our structured program. It is designed to interrupt and reverse the progression of an eating disorder earlier on and to prevent the eating disorder from taking a further toll on the person’s body, mind and spirit.

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) consists of both group and individual counseling. Groups are held in the evenings and meet 3 times a week for 3 hours each group for a total of 9 hours per week. The program is 8-10 weeks long.
