The impact of living with a sex addict creates loss of self esteem, depression, reactivity and a sense of not knowing what to do with the grief of relational betrayal.

In this workshop you will learn the following:
- How sex addiction has impacted you
- Strategies to de-focus from the addict and re-focus on self
- Identify unhealthy relationship patterns and communication skills
- What is appropriate/healthy disclosure
- Tools to support your ongoing recovery
